Which photos work best

  • Half body

The shot is from the chest up: head and shoulders work best.

  • A clear face

The puffed cheeks are the joke: a sharp face matters.

  • Any outfit

You celebrate in what you wear in the photo.

What is the Topo Gigio celebration?

The Topo Gigio celebration is a football gesture: after a goal, the player puts both open hands behind the ears, as if to hear the crowd, often with puffed cheeks. It is named after Topo Gigio, the Italian foam-rubber mouse puppet with big ears that Maria Perego created in 1958.

Argentine fans know it from Juan Román Riquelme, who made it famous in a Boca–River Superclásico in 2001. Enzo Fernández brought it back after scoring against England at the 2026 World Cup, and in October it came back again on TikTok as an AI trend, the Enzo Fernández celebration.

Our Topo Gigio AI template puts you in it from one photo: a low-angle shot from the chest up, the floodlights behind you, in your own clothes.
