What is the water bottle kick challenge?

The water bottle kick challenge is a clip of one well-timed kick: two bottles stacked on a box, a wind-up, and a spinning kick that knocks the top one off. It is a cousin of the bottle cap challenge of 2019, when people tried to spin the cap off a bottle with a back kick.

Is bottle kick challenge AI free?

No. A template video uses 750 credits at 480p (1,500 in HD), about $10 with a credit pack. Starter and Pro plans pay half (375) and Unlimited pays 30%: 225 credits a video, about $2.25. The 100 free credits you get when you sign up are not enough for one video.

Do I need to know how to kick?

No. The spinning kick comes with the template: you only upload a photo, and the AI does the kick for you.

Does it keep my clothes?

Yes. You kick in the outfit from your photo, with your own face and hair.

Should I try the kick for real?

Only if you train for it: a spinning kick needs room and a warm-up. The video does not need you to try it.

Whose photo can I use?

Adults only: photos of children are not supported. Your own, or a friend’s who agreed to it. No famous people. Uploads go through an automatic safety check.

Does the video have sound?

Yes: your video comes with the trend’s sound, so you can post it to TikTok as it is. If TikTok flags the sound for copyright, swap in the same song from TikTok’s sound library when you post.
