Do my credits expire?
Credits you buy, from a plan or a credit pack, never expire, even after you cancel. Only free credits, the 100 on sign-up and the ones from daily check-in, run out after 30 days.
What does the Unlimited plan include?
5 free videos and 30 free images a day, with no credits: videos on Grok Image Video (lighter settings), PixVerse V6 (lighter settings), Seedance 1.5 Pro (lighter settings), Kling 2.5 Turbo (lighter settings), Runway Gen-4 Turbo, Hailuo 02 (lighter settings) and Veo 3.1 Lite, images on GPT Image 2.5 Flare, GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, Nano Banana 2 and 11 more image models. Longer or sharper clips than the free setting pay only the extra, and every other model, such as Seedance, Veo 3.1 Fast and Quality, Kling 3.0 and Wan 3.0, uses the credits that come with the plan at 40% off. Videos run one at a time; images 5 generations at a time (8 on yearly). The free allowance starts again every day at 00:00 UTC.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically. You only pay for results you receive.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing in your account. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay with you.
Which models need a paid plan?
Free accounts can try 23 models with their sign-up credits. Seedance, Kling 3.0, Wan 3.0, Gemini Omni and a few others need any plan or credit pack; Nano Banana Pro, Kling 2.1 Master and Veo 3.1 Quality need a yearly plan, Unlimited or the large credit pack. The comparison table above lists them.
