Which photos work best

Full body
The fall goes all the way to the floor: a head-to-shoes photo works best.
A clear face
The confidence before the fall is the joke: a sharp, front-facing photo.
Gym clothes
A tracksuit or a tee looks right; you keep what you wear in the photo.

What is the shadow boxing knocked out meme?

It is the clip of a guy shadow boxing who gets knocked out by nobody: he warms up full of confidence, punches the air, and then drops as if an invisible opponent landed the perfect hit. The whole joke is the timing of the fall.

Our template turns it into a shadow boxer gets knocked out AI clip from one photo: you keep your face, hair and outfit, and the sauna door, the punches and the comedy fall come with it. It is acting, not a fight.

Questions

Is the shadow boxing knocked out AI free?

No. A template video uses 750 credits at 480p (1,500 in HD), about $10 with a credit pack. Starter and Pro plans pay half (375) and Unlimited pays 30%: 225 credits a video, about $2.25. The 100 free credits you get when you sign up are not enough for one video.

Does anyone get hit?

No. Nobody else is in the template and no punch lands: it is a comedy fall, as if knocked out by thin air.

Should I try the fall for real?

Please don’t. The fall in your video is drawn by the AI. Dropping to a hard floor on purpose can hurt.

Why a sauna door?

The trend clip was filmed in front of one, so the template keeps the same spot, the same camera and the same timing.

Whose photos can I use?

Adults only: photos of children are not supported. Use your own photo or one of a friend who agreed to it. No famous people. Uploads go through an automatic safety check.

Does the video have sound?

Yes: your video comes with the trend’s sound, so you can post it to TikTok as it is. If TikTok flags the sound for copyright, swap in the same song from TikTok’s sound library when you post.
