Shadow Forest Chase Template

The shadow forest chase template turns one photo into a horror short: at night in a dark misty forest you run toward the camera, glancing back in fear, while faceless dark shadows drift between the trees behind you, never touching you, in the outfit from your photo. Upload one photo and in about five minutes you get a 5-second vertical video.

Shadow Forest Chase Template FAQ

Is the shadow forest chase template free?

No. A template video uses 750 credits at 480p (1,500 in HD), about $10 with a credit pack. Starter and Pro plans pay half (375) and Unlimited pays 30%: 225 credits a video, about $2.25. The 100 free credits you get when you sign up are not enough for one video.

Can I use the shadow forest chase template without CapCut?

Yes. Upload one photo on this page, on a phone or a computer: there is no app to download and nothing to edit.

Do I need an account to use this template?

Yes. An account is required to make the video, and creating one is free; the credits are what the video costs. Sign up from the template card above, then upload your photo.

What do I get at the end?

A 5-second vertical MP4, saved in My creations, with the trend’s sound. Download it and post it to TikTok as it is.

Is it gory?

No. It is tense, not gory: the shadows are faceless shapes and the prompt says they never touch you.
