No Scrubs AI Dance turns one photo into the no scrubs spaceship trend: the clip opens on you in a cozy room, a flash teleports you into a glossy white futuristic corridor with round portholes, and you walk toward the camera and dance the routine, a confident point, hair flips and hip steps, in a shiny silver long-sleeved top and white trousers. A 12-second vertical video with the trend’s sound.

What is the no scrubs ai trend?

The no scrubs dance trend sets a short routine to No Scrubs, the 1999 R&B hit by TLC: people film themselves at home, then cut on a flash to a white, futuristic spaceship look in silver clothes and dance a few confident steps, the point, the hair flip and the walk to the camera. It is also called the no scrubs spaceship trend.

Our no scrubs ai dance template makes it from one photo: you keep your own face and hair, and the room, the flash, the white corridor with its portholes, the silver top and white trousers, every step and the camera come with the template. You do not need a set, a costume or a single rehearsal.

Questions

Is no scrubs ai dance free?

No. A template video uses 750 credits at 480p (1,500 in HD), about $10 with a credit pack. Starter and Pro plans pay half (375) and Unlimited pays 30%: 225 credits a video, about $2.25. The 100 free credits you get when you sign up are not enough for one video.

Do I need to know the dance?

No. The routine comes with the template: you only upload a photo, and the AI makes you dance it in the corridor.

Why am I in a silver top?

The shiny silver long-sleeved top and white trousers are the look of the trend, so the template puts you in them for the corridor. Your own face and hair stay; the clip opens in your room.

Is this the music video?

No. The room, the flash and the white corridor are our own scene in the style of a late-90s R&B video; no footage from the original video is used.

Whose photo can I use?

Adults only: photos of children are not supported. Your own, or a friend’s who agreed to it. No famous people. Uploads go through an automatic safety check.

Does the video have sound?

Yes: your video comes with the trend’s sound, so you can post it to TikTok as it is. If TikTok flags the sound for copyright, swap in the same song from TikTok’s sound library when you post.
